Once we are attracted to foreign language, we’ll be pulled directly or indirectly into the world of vocabulary. That leads us to our first engagement with the act of translating because starting from there we’re going to be directed to open the dictionary (online or printed). As we all know, finding the definition of a certain word in another language is one of the basic steps in learning a new language. Basically we are already used to it, it doesn’t even have to be another country’s language, the closest example is translating the regional language to the lingua franca language (Javanese to Indonesian). Sometimes we even have to translate certain words into the same language using the synonyms or rephrase the sentences to make them more clear. People also have different reasons for why they have to translate, from daily purposes, study, to work. Drawing is not only a hobby for me but also one of the coping way I choose to feel relieved and calm. It’s a media to express something unspokeable inside my mind. One day I want to draw something different and surreal. After I drew a beautiful beach girl, I came with the idea to draw her, the girl with balloons necklace and a crown.           She actually represented me, how I felt. I feel under pressured and got lot of thoughts. I got war inside my head and problem with this and that. There is something that is not cured yet. Hello blog world! It’s been about more than a year since I have posted anything on my blog. What should I post now hahaha.. Last semesters of college is always hectic right? I even had to add two extra semesters. Thank God I’ve graduated now! I’m officially a Bachelor of Humanities, yay! Perhaps, to start again,  I’m going to tell about my journey to graduation. I was a German Literature’s student and my thesis is about Berlin in seven German Songs from the 1980s-2013. Why Berlin? My first idea was making a thesis about the Germany’s cities that appeared in German songs. I’m curious about why did the musicians (or song writers) write these kinds of songs and how they described the cities. At that moment I was kind of in a hurry to finish my study so I want to use shorter form of literature work, and that would be from “the poetry family”. Suatu hari di kelas "Neueste Deutsche Literatur" semester 5 atau 6 (lupa) kita dapet tugas buat bikin Neue Interpretation ( interpretasi baru) dari  M ä rchen ( dongeng) karya  Bruder Grimm (Brother Grimm). Kita dapet tugas untuk semacam bikin fan fiction lah . Dan inilah jadinya imajinasi anak muda yang melebar ke mana-mana dan penuh fantasi. Oh iya kalau untuk Neue Interpretation kita disuruh untuk bikin cerita baru tapi dengan bahan (tokoh, tempat, kadang alur) yang sama dengan cerita aslinya. Dan dalam tugas ini kita disuruh untuk bikin sekreatif  mungkin jadi kayak buku anak-anak. Nah waktu itu aku partneran sama Tria dan dibentuk jadi scrapbook (sayang udah dikumpulin, untung dapet A, hahaha). Walaupun sebenernya yang dibikin ini lebih pake nama versi disney nih. Reuse your old floppy disks to make this cute decoration for your room. :) To make this we need: Old Floppy Disks (Red, Yellow, White) - pic.1 Piece from old Carton Box - pic. 2&3 Crayon/Coloring Pencil/Marker - pic. 7 Gold Asturo stickers - pic.10 Scissor Double Tape Glue Steps: Prepare the floppy disks with traffic lamp's color.  Cut the carton box into two shapes, rectangular and T shape. Attach the T shape carton to the ractangular one. Attach the red disk to the carton with double tape. Do the same step until all the disks are attached to the carton like shown in the picture. The whole look. Prepare your coloring tools (crayon/coloring pencil/marker). Color the edge of the carton with dark color (black,brown,grey,indigo,etc). Cut another carton into shape like shown in the picture. Make three pieces of it. Prepare the gold Asturo stickers. Cut the sticker into the shape like shown in picture 9. Well,this is my little confession. I feel so dishonest to myself. I used to say that I enjoy doing tumblr more than blogging. Because I didn't really understand both of them really well. I rebloggged a picture that said "I dont blog,I tumblr". Later I understand that blog can facilitate me to do the thing I like to do since I was a kid,write. And tumblr facilitate me to post and reblog the thing that interest me since I was a kid,pictures and photos. No offense to both of them, now I enjoy both of them sooo much!! I love both tumblr and blog. :) I just need to make up my statement. Maybe this is not really important.All of you who read my blog may ignore this,I just need to release my burden.. Peace,hehehe..
